Flow Wrapping (Fin Seal) Services

Flow wrapping is often referred to as Fin Seal. Flow wrapping is a packaging process that over wraps a product with a film. This film can be clear, opaque or printed in up to 10 colors. CWS performs our flow wrapping operation on two types of flow wrappers: our Delta Falcon machine and our Doboy Inverted Flow Wrapper. Delta Falcon Flow Wrapper

• Flow wraps product at high throughput rates, handling a size range of 3" to 6" long.
• This system is a horizontal fill.

Doboy Inverted Flow Wrapper

• Packages products at high throughput rates, handling a size range of 3.5" to 12" long.
• This system is a horizontal fill.
