CWS Contract Packaging Services is a socially conscious non-profit 501(c)(3)entity that is proud to offer and present a diversified workforce constituted by a blend of the communitys mentally and physically challenged citizens and the non-disabled members of the community. This unique integrated workforce allows for individual and team identification, eroding discriminatory barriers that occur within the traditional workforce. To our customers, this integrated workforce model helps fulfill their supplier diversity initiatives and programs, while also providing tax advantages.

Our company understands that our business practices can have a greater impact on both an individual consumer and global level.
